We thought: this is a solvable problem. So we started Urban Mace. Took two buildings in Bengaluru. Furnished them. Put good people on-site. Found tenants without a single broker. Watched it work.

Then we built the switch. — an operating company with a proven model, a real team, and a very clear idea of what we're building and why.
